​Paula

 

Paula is originally from Bialystok, Poland but has called North Carolina home for many years. She has also previously called Georgia her home- Go Dawgs! Paula has over 5 years of experience in the dental field, the majority of it in the specialty of pediatric dentistry. Paula enjoys interacting and building relationships with our patients. Her priority is to ensure that all of our patients have a wonderful experience. She lives locally with her husband and 4 children (5 if you count her Rottie). In her free time she loves to go on adventures with her family, trying new local restaurants and watching her kids play sports. Paula prides herself in being an advocate for parents in utilizing their child's dental insurance benefits and understanding their child's dental health needs. She is incredibly thoughtful and goes out of her way to make others feel special. Paula's empathy, experience, and exemplary character make her an amazing office manager and a true asset to our team!

 

 

 

​Mandy

 

Mandy was born in Bloomington, Indiana and relocated to North Carolina in March of 2020. She is a graduate from Vincennes School of Dental Assisting in Indiana and has experience in both the reception and clinical side of the office, although she is especially skilled at administrative tasks such as verifying insurance benefits, scheduling and answering calls. At Little Tooth Co, you will usually find her greeting you with a warm smile at check in or delivering fun goodies at check out. When not in the office, Mandy and her fiance like to go canoeing, go on long bike rides and walk their two dachshunds named Bentley and Beefcake. Mandy is a true asset to our team, and has such a fun and quirky demeanor, she is sure to put a smile on your face at your child's next visit!

 

 

 

​Mytia

 

Mytia was born in Honolulu, Hawaii by way of being a military child! After traveling from state to state in her younger years, her family settled in North Carolina. Mytia attended the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, where she studied Biology. Mytia began her journey in dentistry in 2012, where she became a receptionist and later the PediatricCoordinator. She loves kids, so  that was a perfect fit for her! Mytia is skilled in scheduling appointments, reviewing treatment plans, assisting with general anesthesia cases, reassuring parents during new patient intake calls and beginning to venture into the world of insurance! Mytia loves to SING! She is a praise and worship leader at her church, and she hums and sings tunes around the office! She loves to be happy and remain positive in all things! Her warm, calming spirit, and her radiant smile is sure to make your children feel welcome and parents at peace!

 

 

 

​DeAnna

 

DeAnna was born and raised in Henderson, NC. She obtained her Dental Assisting license from the UNC – School of Dentistry in Chapel Hill and is an avid Patriots fan! DeAnna enjoys listening to music, watching football and playing with her dogs Mallie, Shiloh and Bella. She is a huge Disney and Marvel fan - her favorite Marvel superheroes are Thor and The Hulk. Her goal is to make sure every child has a great and fun experience at each dental visit. DeAnna’s patience, creativity, and fun personality make her a perfect fit for our team!

 

 

​Eden

 

Eden is a North Carolina native and was born in Asheville. She is a mountain girl at heart!  She grew up in the small town of Sanford where she also graduated from Central Carolina Community College with her degree in Dental Assisting. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, dogs, and friends. Eden is a dog mom to a chocolate and yellow lab. She enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking with her dogs, going to concerts, and traveling. In the short time that she has been with our practice, Eden has grown into a role model and leader in her position. Eden’s bubbly personality, positive attitude and sweet disposition make her a natural leader and an excellent part of our team!

 

 

 

 

​Cynthia

 

Cynthia was born in Chapel Hill and raised in Sanford, N.C. She is a graduate from Central Carolina Community College and holds a degree in Dental Assisting. She is bilingual in both Spanish and English. Cynthia loves connecting with our little friends over movies and songs. She has an extremely soft and gentle approach with an unbelievable kindness towards our patients. When not caring for patients at our office, Cynthia enjoys exploring the great outdoors by hiking, she enjoys working out at the gym and she prioritizes spending time with family and friends. We know that your child will love connecting with Cynthia and will take well to her kind, encouraging manner, all of which make her a wonderful addition to our team.

Anahi

 

Anahi graduated from Central Carolina Community College with a degree in Dental Assisting. During her training, Anahi was greatly interested in both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics. Anahi spent several months externing at our office while she was simultaneously in school. We loved having Anahi so much so that we offered her a position shortly after graduation. Anahi is easily approachable and is also bilingual in both English and Spanish. When Anahi is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her close-knit family. Anahi's conscientious character, gentle approach and dedication to learning make her a wonderful part of our team!

Haley

 

Haley, our newest dental assistant, is originally from Sanford, North Carolina. Her  journey in dentistry began with her studies at Central Carolina Community College, where she graduated with a degree in Dental Assisting II. Haley was so motivated and had such a respectable work ethic that her application attracted our practice management to offer her a position even before her graduation date! When she's not busy assisting our team and helping to craft beautiful smiles, you can find Haley embracing life's adventures, whether it's exploring new destinations, enjoying quality time with friends and family, or indulging in a bit of retail therapy. As the eldest sibling to two brothers and one sister, Haley brings a nurturing spirit to both her personal and professional life. It is also worth mentioning that Haley has two adorable canine companions, Bubbles and Sparrow, who bring joy and laughter to her days. With her genuine warmth and dedication, Haley is an integral part of our dental family, committed to ensuring every patient's experience is comfortable and carefree. Karime

 

Karime, one of our dedicated expanded function dental assistants, was born in Texas and moved to North Carolina when she was just five years old. She is the youngest of four siblings and found her inspiration to pursue dentistry from her oldest sister, who sparked her passion for helping others. Outside of work, Karime loves spending time in nature and can often be found exploring local hiking trails. She’s also a proud cat mom to her furry friend, Nami. Karime’s warmth and dedication make her a wonderful addition to our team, and we are so lucky to have her!

Esperanza

 

Esperanza was born in Raleigh, NC, and attended Fortis Institute in Port St. Lucie, Florida, where she obtained her EFDA licensure. She is passionate about making each dental visit a safe, fun, and educational experience for all her young patients. Having not been a fan of the dentist as a child herself, Esperanza is committed to ensuring that children leave with bright smiles and excitement to return. Outside of the office, Esperanza loves spending quality time with her son, exploring local walking trails. She also has a creative side and enjoys doing her nails, seeking new adventures, and traveling to discover new places. Esperanza’s warmth, dedication, and creativity make her a wonderful addition to our team!

Kim

 

Kim was born and raised in Cary, North Carolina. She attended Fletcher Academy for high school and went on to study general education at Christendom College in Virginia. Kim has always had a deep interest in the dental field and now serves as our Patient Coordinator. She thrives in her role, helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their experience. Kim comes from a big family—she’s the youngest of six siblings and has a twin! Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, spending quality time with friends and family, and traveling. When winter hits, you can find Kim hitting the slopes for a snowboarding adventure. Kim’s warmth and friendly nature make her a joy to work with, and her passion for making sure patients feel at ease shines through in everything she does.

Jessica

 

Jessica, our vibrant new dental assistant, is originally from São Paulo, Brazil. Jessica moved to the U.S. in 2011 and brings a wonderful multicultural perspective to our team. Fluent in both Portuguese and English, she connects easily with patients from diverse backgrounds. Jessica graduated as a dental assistant in August 2024, and since then, she has been committed to providing compassionate, top-notch care with enthusiasm and joy. When she’s not at the office, Jessica enjoys hiking, bowling, and spending time at the gym. She’s also a proud cat mom to two adorable cats.
